Sugarcane collection (SNICA database): More than 29,000 records of specialized documents on the topics of sugarcane, the sugar industry, ethanol and byproducts are available through the CENICAÑA Web site. It is organized by the system of coordinated indexing using a controlled vocabulary. The information can be retrieved in the catalog of the library, searching by author, title, key words, publisher and year.

General: Has more than 4200 documents on topics related to agriculture in general, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, statistics and reference works such as manuals and dictionaries. They are organized in accordance with a scheme developed by the Inter-American System of Agricultural Information (AGRINTER).

Journals: More than 680 titles of specialized journals on sugarcane and general topics of agriculture, economics and statistics, among others. This collection of journals is organized alphabetically by title and, within the same, chronologically.

The sugarcane articles that each journal has are recorded in the database in analytical form and thus form part of the collection of documents on sugarcane for online consultation.

Audiovisuals: Collection of slides and presentations with music (12), as well as videos (71). The audiovisuals and equipment are organized internally by consecutive numbers.

Maps: More than 300 maps and plans. The collection can be consulted in the card indexes, which are organized by author, subject and title.
