Access to historical and up-to-date records (from 1990 onward) of commercial production by means of interactive consultations of data (aggregated or specific) by sugar mill, agroecological zone, variety of cane and number of cuts in a period defined by the user.

The results are presented in the form of tables and figures, and the data can to be transferred to a spread sheet in order to use them in more specific analyses.
