Standardization of foreign matter assessment in factories

In order to standardize the evaluation and classification of the components of foreign matter entering the factory, a technical training was carried out for laboratory analysts and coordinators, in accordance with the methodology standardized by the sugarcane agro-industry.

The objective was to strengthen the staff's capabilities for the correct separation of samples obtained with the Core SamplerTo optimize the teaching-learning process, the educational game CoMaEx (Foreign Matter Components) was implemented.

This transfer of knowledge is fundamental to ensuring analytical accuracy and efficiency in the quality control of the raw material that feeds the manufacturing process.

School of Irrigators: Irrigation Measurement and Control Practice

The day, aimed at foremen and irrigators, had as its main objective to improve the operational skills of the personnel in charge of irrigation in the cultivation of sugar cane.

The practice focused on the measurement and control of irrigation, specifically addressing techniques for calculating the applied volume, the flow rate per furrow, and the estimated irrigation time.

This activity seeks to strengthen technical capabilities for more efficient and precise irrigation execution.
